Important Notice to Members and Departments
On January 9th, 2021, the IFIA Board of Directors met to determine the status of all members from 2020 and their new renewal dates.
We decided that all 2020 memberships would be valid through June 1, 2021, for all points of enrollment; conference, and website.
Departments and invoiced members will now be billed on the Indiana fiscal year of July 1 - June 30.
Those members that are department-paid or invoice-paid will start memberships on July 1, 2021, and end memberships on June 30, 2022.
This will be the membership term regardless of the date of enrollment.
The same applies to 2023 memberships - if you paid for a membership at the Conference in 2021, your renewal date will be June 30, 2022.
If you are part of the Winter Fire School 2022 Reeder class, you will receive a membership from the date of enrollment in the class, and your renewal date will be June 30, 2023.
Department-paid or invoice-paid memberships for 2023 will begin on July 1, 2022 and end on June 30, 2023.
Members enrolled through the website will maintain their 365-day rolling membership from the date of enrollment.
